I many cases there are ways around this. Building a roof requires the player to either have clay bricks or wood sticks. This is how you build a wood roof wedge corner part in stranded deep. Roof pieces don t like walls up against them so a good building rule is always finish one level at a time and always build roof corners as the first thing when you get to it then walls half walls and finally the rest of the roof.

They never seem to face the way i want them to and i can t work out how to get them to turn around. Also notice the build menu has a scroll wheel to getting to the bottom items.
